 When
it comes to our 50th Anniversary planning, the economy has
put our backs against the wall. It begs the question, will
residents rise to the occasion and support a yearlong celebration?
We know these are difficult and challenging times, but we're also
confident the answer will be a resounding yes! Generations of
Sun Citian's have always responded in a positive way to their
community's needs.We're banking on that fact and looking to the community to help fund the 50th Anniversary events and activities by purchasing $50 Proud Sponsor decals. The decals are for resident who can financially support the 50th Anniversary. For those who can't get involved financially, we have many opportunities for volunteers. You see, a successful celebration will only happen if each and everyone of us gets involved. Many area businesses will also find it possible to participate in this fundraising effort and they too can purchase a Proud Sponsor decal. We hope you will make it a point to shop at businesses displaying our Proud Sponsor decal and you will tell them "Thank you" for supporting our 50th Anniversary Celebration. 2010 is our chance to showcase Sun City to 20 million Baby Boomers, many of whom are looking for a retirement community. We were the 1st such community, and we'll always be the best valued community.
